Reviews and Ratings
This hotel completely exceeded my expectations with its breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. From the moment I arrived, the attentive service made me feel special. The indoor and outdoor onsens were a highlight, although the dining experience could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, the value for money is excellent, especially considering the stunning scenery and comfort of the stay.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake, and the outdoor onsen was remarkable. The service was fantastic, and breakfast offered a lot of variety, but I felt the dinner buffet could have included more Japanese options. While the old wing where I stayed was spacious, it did feel a bit dated, and I would have appreciated better room options for sensitive guests. Overall, it was a great experience but with some areas needing improvement.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with stunning views and delicious food. The fireworks display from my room was breathtaking. However, there were some issues with the service timing during dinner and cleanliness in the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay and offered excellent value for money.
