This hotel completely exceeded my expectations with its breathtaking views and luxurious amenities. From the moment I arrived, the attentive service made me feel special. The indoor and outdoor onsens were a highlight, although the dining experience could have offered a bit more variety. Overall, the value for money is excellent, especially considering the stunning scenery and comfort of the stay.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake, and the outdoor onsen was remarkable. The service was fantastic, and breakfast offered a lot of variety, but I felt the dinner buffet could have included more Japanese options. While the old wing where I stayed was spacious, it did feel a bit dated, and I would have appreciated better room options for sensitive guests. Overall, it was a great experience but with some areas needing improvement.
